Profile
Designs colorful patterned handbags, luggage, travel items, fashion and home accessories, and gifts for women. The omnichannel retailer is refocusing on its core Vera Bradley brand following the sale of Pura Vida.
Colorful patterned handbags, luggage, travel items, fashion and home accessories, and gifts for women are the core offer. The product proposition began with a travel-accessories gap identified by the Indiana founders and has remained defined by distinctive patterns and color.
An original wholesale brand was broadened through e-commerce, full-line stores, and outlet stores, creating its omnichannel retail model. The public company is headquartered in Roanoke, Indiana and now concentrates on the core Vera Bradley business.
Pura Vida, the jewelry and accessories lifestyle business acquired after the core-brand restoration effort, was sold and is reported as discontinued operations. Its departure leaves Vera Bradley as the group’s current operating focus.
