Profile
Manufactures MOSFETs, diodes, optoelectronics, resistors, inductors, and capacitors for electronic systems across industrial, automotive, computing, consumer, communications, military, aerospace, and healthcare markets. Revenue comes through OEMs, contract manufacturers, and distributors worldwide, supported by a broad portfolio and a globally interconnected manufacturing and supply network.
Manufactures discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components across six product-based segments: MOSFETs, Diodes, Optoelectronic Components, Resistors, Inductors, and Capacitors. The parts control and convert power, route and isolate signals, regulate current and voltage, filter circuits, and store energy for automotive, industrial, computing, consumer, telecommunications, military, aerospace, and healthcare equipment worldwide.
Combines a broad catalog with local application engineering, customer design-in work, and sales through OEMs, electronics manufacturing services companies, and independent distributors. Growth execution centers on new products, targeted acquisitions, manufacturing-capacity expansion, and a more efficient global factory footprint. Production depends on company facilities, limited qualified foundries and subcontractors, raw-material and logistics networks, global trade rules, and cyclical end-market demand; customers can cancel or reschedule many backlog orders without penalty.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
