Profile

VS Media Holdings Limited Class A Ordinary SharesVSMECommunication Services

Connects brands with a managed network of digital creators through campaign production, paid amplification, measurement and platform advertising. Marketing services provide nearly all reported revenue, while creator retention and platform relationships underpin the operating model.

Connects brands with a managed network of more than 1,500 digital creators, producing branded social content, selecting creators, buying media and measuring campaign performance. Campaign-based brand work is the main revenue source; it also earns advertising revenue from creator content and shares most of its YouTube revenue with creators.

Runs marketing-services operations in Hong Kong and Taiwan, serving audiences across Greater China, Southeast Asia and the United States. Social commerce adds product sourcing, live-shopping production, store setup and fulfillment support across marketplaces and social platforms. Revenue is largely project-based, while creator retention, platform relationships and advertising economics are operating dependencies.

Advertising, privacy, employment and competition rules apply to the business. The foreign private issuer is incorporated in the BVI and follows BVI home-country practice for certain Nasdaq shareholder-approval rules.
