Profile
VivoPower International PLC is a Nasdaq-listed B Corporation now focused on renewable-powered data center infrastructure for sovereign AI and compute workloads. It also owns Tembo e-LV, a rugged electric-vehicle business that is progressing a spin-off.
VivoPower International PLC, recently renamed VivoPower PLC, began as a sustainable energy company and has shifted its main strategy toward powered land and renewable-backed data center infrastructure for AI compute users. Its current platform centers on the Mo i Rana facility in Norway, a hydro-powered data center asset that the company says can serve sovereign nations, hyperscalers and other compute tenants under long-term lease structures.
VivoPower also retains exposure to Tembo e-LV, a Netherlands-based business that develops rugged battery-electric vehicle conversion kits and utility vehicles for mining, infrastructure, government, agriculture and similar fleet markets; Tembo is progressing a spin-off. Execution depends on stabilizing data center operations, securing tenants, completing the Tembo separation and funding expansion without disrupting shareholder or creditor obligations.
