Provides consumer and commercial banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto finance, wealth management, and corporate and investment banking, primarily in the United States. A broad deposit franchise supports lending, while advisory, brokerage, payments, and markets businesses add fee income.

Provides consumer banking and lending, commercial banking, corporate and investment banking, and wealth and investment management. Retail products include deposits, cards, mortgages, auto and small-business loans; institutional offerings span treasury management, commercial real estate finance, capital markets, brokerage, private banking, and trust services.

Pairs a broad U.S. deposit franchise with specialized lending, advisory, and markets capabilities, serving most customers domestically while supporting corporate and institutional clients globally. This mix produces both interest income from lending and investing customer deposits and fees from payments, investment banking, brokerage, and asset-based services.

Earnings and balance-sheet capacity remain sensitive to interest rates, loan demand, borrower credit, deposit funding, and market activity. Operations are subject to bank capital, liquidity, consumer-protection, and risk-management requirements.
