Profile
Produces silicon-carbide materials and power products, from wafers and epitaxy to discrete devices, modules, and power die. Its vertically integrated 200 mm platform links materials production with scalable power-device manufacturing.
Builds silicon-carbide materials and power products, including bare and epitaxial wafers, discrete devices, modules, and power die. Its vertically integrated model links materials production with device manufacturing, and the commercial 200 mm portfolio supports scalable next-generation power devices. These products serve automotive, industrial, energy, and data-center power applications.
After selling its LED Products business, the former Cree business became a silicon-carbide pure play under the Wolfspeed name. The 2025 Chapter 11 reorganization created a successor reporting boundary and reset its capital structure. Operations depend on executing the 200 mm manufacturing platform and its facility footprint.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
