Profile
Develops battery-grade graphite products for direct sale to battery makers, automakers, and other end users under procurement or offtake agreements. Its model pairs planned Coosa feedstock with processing at Kellyton, while both assets remain pre-revenue and commercial output depends on construction, qualification, and financing.
Develops a domestic battery-grade graphite business linking the Coosa Graphite Deposit to the Kellyton Graphite Plant in Alabama. Kellyton is designed to turn natural-flake concentrate into ULTRA-CSPG active anode material and SG Fines through sizing, spheroidization, purification, and coating. The commercial focus is U.S. and allied battery, vehicle, electronics, defense, aerospace, and energy-storage markets.
Operates a qualification line and R&D laboratory that produce samples for customer testing, process development, and workforce training while the commercial plant is unfinished. The planned mine-to-market model aims to bring internal Coosa feedstock to Kellyton, but the plant needs financing and future operations depend on qualification, contracts, and third-party concentrate until the mine is developed. Coosa has mineral resources but no mineral reserves, and its schedule is subject to mine permitting and access rights.
