Designs, prints and converts foil balloons, balloon-inspired gifts, accessories and customized flexible films. Foil balloons form most revenue, while the film line serves commercial packaging for food, coffee, juices and syrup. Illinois facilities combine graphic design, coating, lamination, printing, conversion, air filling and gift assembly; products reach retail and commercial users in the United States, Canada, Mexico and other countries through direct and intermediary channels.

Operates a small, integrated footprint built around proprietary designs, customer promotions and custom-film specifications. Latex balloons are sourced for resale, and biodegradable or compostable materials remain an exploratory commercial effort. Revenue is concentrated in a small group of customers without minimum-purchase commitments, while material and helium availability, licensing and tariffs affect operations; the Hubei subsidiary had not begun commercial production.
