Designs, produces, and distributes luxury apparel, footwear, leather goods, and accessories through ZEGNA, Thom Browne, and TOM FORD FASHION. The Zegna segment also houses Textile and third-party manufacturing agreements, while Thom Browne and Tom Ford Fashion operate as separate segments. An integrated Italian Filiera links specialist mills with luxury manufacturing capabilities.
Serves Europe, the Americas, Greater China, and the rest of Asia-Pacific through directly operated stores, e-commerce, and selected wholesale partners. Most revenue comes from direct-to-consumer channels, giving the group close control over merchandising and client relationships. ZEGNA is centered on men's luxury leisurewear and tailoring; Thom Browne and TOM FORD FASHION broaden the portfolio into womenswear. The TOM FORD FASHION business depends on a long-term intellectual-property license from The Estée Lauder Companies.
