Profile
zSpace provides AR/VR education technology for K-12, career and technical education, and selected international markets. Its platform combines glasses-free 3D laptops, stylus interaction, learning software, and implementation services.
zSpace, Inc. is a San Jose educational technology company that builds augmented and virtual reality learning systems for U.S. K-12 schools, career and technical education programs, community colleges, and selected overseas markets. Its platform combines proprietary laptops, tracked styluses, learning applications, management software, and services that help schools deploy and train staff on the system.
The Inspire and Imagine laptops deliver autostereoscopic 3D visuals without VR goggles or specialty glasses, while the stylus lets learners interact with virtual objects as if they were in open space. Revenue is generated from hardware sales, recurring software access, and implementation, professional development, warranty, and support services. The business depends on school funding cycles, reseller execution outside the United States, outsourced OEM manufacturing, and access to additional capital.

A Form 4 total here can count shares the filer formally disclaims — an award voted by proxy, for instance — which the holder's own Schedule 13D/G excludes, so where the two disagree the schedule's smaller figure is used.
