Profile
Gold doré from the Sadiola mine and the Bonikro/Agbaou Côte d’Ivoire complex accounts for substantially all sales. Central oversight in Toronto supports operating mines in Mali and Côte d’Ivoire alongside the Kurmuk development project in Ethiopia.
Gold doré is produced at Sadiola in Mali and at the Bonikro and Agbaou mines, managed as the Côte d’Ivoire complex. The Côte d’Ivoire operations are open-pit mines under a common management and administration structure, while Sadiola is an open-pit mine in phased expansion. Gold sales form substantially all revenue.
Toronto-based central oversight manages operating assets in Mali and Côte d’Ivoire and the Kurmuk gold-development project in Ethiopia. Kurmuk is wholly owned, while Sadiola, Bonikro, and Agbaou are held through property interests that also involve host governments or third parties. Mine and project activities are governed by local conventions, development agreements, and permits.
