Profile
Connects dealers and commercial consignors through wholesale vehicle auctions, remarketing centers, transportation, floorplan financing, assurance, and data services. Revenue is concentrated in North America, with one ACV segment built around marketplace participation and adjacent services.
Provides a marketplace platform for wholesale used-vehicle transactions, pairing dealer and commercial sellers with buyers through digital auctions and remarketing centers. The digital marketplace includes auctions, Run List, ACV Transportation, ACV Capital, and customer assurance products such as Go Green.
Data services add True360 Reports, ACV Market Report, ACV MAX, ClearCar, private marketplaces, operations automation, and programmatic buying. Revenue is primarily from North America and is reported in one ACV segment rather than separate management segments.
The model depends on buyer and seller engagement, adoption of transportation, financing, assurance, and data tools, accurate condition inspections, arbitration outcomes, credit and fraud controls for floorplan borrowers, and integration of acquired auction operations.
