Profile

ADI Global Distribution Inc.ADIGIndustrials

Supplies professional installers and integrators with security, fire/life-safety, AV and data-communications equipment, alongside proprietary smart-living brands and connected software. Revenue is primarily product distribution, supported by local inventory, digital ordering, technical expertise and services.

Distributes low-voltage security, fire/life-safety, audio-visual and data-communications products to professional installers, dealers and systems integrators. Operations are concentrated in the Americas while serving international markets, combining local inventory and same-day pickup with sales, web, mobile and electronic ordering for residential, commercial and institutional projects.

Extends distribution with design, programming, training, technical support and remote-management services. Its Control4 and OvrC platforms and exclusive brands sit alongside a much larger third-party product assortment; product availability, supplier relationships, contract manufacturers and connected-platform uptime remain central to delivery. The standalone business is also governed by separation, transition-services, tax, employee and intellectual-property agreements with Resideo.
