Profile

TD SYNNEX CorporationSNXInformation Technology

Distributes Endpoint Solutions and Advanced Solutions—hardware, software, cloud, infrastructure and Hyve hyperscale systems—to resellers and retailers. Adds design, integration, logistics, support, cloud marketplaces and financing around product resale; operations span the Americas, Europe and APJ, with roughly half of revenue generated internationally.

Distributes Endpoint Solutions and Advanced Solutions from a broad OEM catalog to resellers and retailers. The former spans PCs, mobile devices, printers and peripherals; the latter covers hybrid cloud, security, storage, networking, servers, software and Hyve hyperscale systems.

Adds systems design, rack integration, configuration, logistics, repair, field support, cloud marketplaces and financing around product resale. Catalog breadth, technical support and fulfillment extend the role beyond a transactional channel.

Reports through the Americas, Europe and APJ, with roughly half of revenue generated internationally. The low-margin model depends on product availability, vendor rebates and payment terms, customer credit, working-capital funding, delivery execution and IT spending. Supplier finance, inventory obsolescence, consolidation and direct OEM sales also shape operations.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
