Owns and leases commercial aircraft, engines and helicopters, supported by cargo, aviation materials, financing, sales and fleet-management teams. The platform serves airline and aviation customers worldwide through one reportable segment.
Combines long-term asset ownership with financing, maintenance oversight and remarketing across customers and regions. The current multi-asset platform reflects the integration of ILFC and GECAS into an institutional leasing business.
Cash generation depends on airline liquidity and traffic, access to fleet financing, manufacturer deliveries, maintenance condition and aircraft demand. Sanctions, repossession barriers and insurance enforceability can also determine whether mobile leased assets are recovered.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
