Owns and manages aircraft and engines through Aviation Leasing, while Aerospace Products develops, repairs, refurbishes, and sells commercial-jet engines, modules, and aftermarket components. The platform focuses on the CFM56 and V2500 families.

Links leased assets with an aftermarket network: portfolio engines and modules can feed exchange, repair, and refurbishment work. Modular shop visits through the Module Factory are designed to replace or repair sections rather than require a single full-engine overhaul. Maintenance operations span North America and Europe.

Uses institutional capital through the Strategic Capital Initiative to fund on-lease aircraft, alongside assets held directly. Operations depend on engine availability, long-term airline demand, maintenance execution, exclusive licenses and agreements, and aviation rules and sanctions.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
