Profile
Develops renewable fuels and low-carbon chemical feedstocks from waste plastics and biomass while earning current revenue from RPD engineering and process-development services and legacy oil-and-gas operations. The renewables platform depends on a planned Cedar Port facility, licensed conversion technology and feedstock supply.
Develops renewable fuels and low-carbon chemical feedstocks from mixed waste plastics and certified biomass, using licensed conversion technology and hydroprocessing to turn intermediate oils into renewable diesel, sustainable aviation fuel, renewable naphtha and related products. The flagship Cedar Port hub near the Houston Ship Channel combines a planned plastics-recycling facility with an innovation center, while UK and Irish entities support European development work.
Adds Engineering & Process Development Services through RPD Technologies, which designs, builds and operates pilot and demonstration plants and provides process-development and scale-up consulting to refining, petrochemical, energy and low-carbon customers. Current revenue stems principally from RPD services and Legacy Oil & Gas production; renewable-fuels sales depend on financing, permitting, feedstock contracts, product qualification and completing engineering, construction and commissioning.
