Provides enterprise GPU capacity through a third-party Access model and an owned-and-operated Build model, with revenue from reserved capacity and long-term service arrangements. Its treasury and Access supply are concentrated in the Aethir network and ATH token.
Offers two enterprise GPU-infrastructure paths: Axe Compute Access coordinates available third-party capacity, while Axe Compute Build designs, deploys, owns, and operates dedicated customer clusters. Access supports hardware, location, and deployment choices; revenue is structured around reserved capacity and related compute services.
Maintains an ATH treasury strategy tied to the Aethir decentralized GPU network, and its Access model sources infrastructure primarily through that network. Build execution depends on hardware supply, data-center sites, power, customer prepayments, financing, and service commencement.
Retains Helomics drug-discovery services, which use a tumor biobank and three-dimensional culture models, while the board reviews strategic alternatives for that legacy business. Future compute revenue is expected to be concentrated in a limited number of customers and contracts.
