Agilysys, Inc.AGYSInformation Technology

Provides property management, point-of-sale, inventory, payments, spa, amenity, and analytics software for hospitality operators worldwide, earning most revenue from subscriptions and maintenance alongside services, licenses, and hardware. The portfolio operates as one hospitality segment, with modular products designed to share data and workflows.

Builds hospitality software around property management, point of sale, inventory and procurement, payments, spa and amenity management, analytics, and mobile and self-service workflows. A modular platform ties core systems to shared guest and operational data, while professional services cover implementation, integration, installation, training, and large-scale rollouts. Customers include hotels, multi-amenity resorts, casinos, cruise lines, managed foodservice operators, universities, stadiums, and healthcare facilities across the Americas and other international markets.

Sells cloud subscriptions and on-premise licenses alongside maintenance, transaction-based fees, professional services, and third-party hardware. Subscription and maintenance supply most revenue, and the strategy centers on expanding cloud applications and the number of modules used by each customer. The business reports one hospitality segment, depends on hospitality technology spending, and employs most of its workforce in India.
