The present legal entity was established in England in 2004 and maintains its principal US office in Tampa, Florida; its ADSs trade on Nasdaq. The development-stage business has conducted research, development, and capital-raising activities since inception.
Development of the platform and pipeline depends on additional capital. The current operating frame was shaped by the Peak Bio transaction.
