Following the Peak Bio acquisition, substantially all work has centered on a preclinical oncology antibody-drug-conjugate platform and anti-cancer candidates with novel payloads applied to clinically validated targets. AKTX-101, the lead program, pairs a TROP2 target with its PH1 payload.

The present legal entity was established in England in 2004 and maintains its principal US office in Tampa, Florida; its ADSs trade on Nasdaq. The development-stage business has conducted research, development, and capital-raising activities since inception.

Development of the platform and pipeline depends on additional capital. The current operating frame was shaped by the Peak Bio transaction.
