Profile
Produces lithium carbonate, hydroxide and chloride for batteries and industrial uses, plus bromine derivatives and specialized lithium products for fire safety, pharmaceuticals, electronics and oilfields. Supply depends on brine resources, mining and processing joint ventures, and conversion plants, while lithium prices strongly shape Energy Storage results.
Extracts and converts lithium into carbonate, hydroxide and chloride for electric-vehicle and grid-storage batteries, electronics, greases and specialty glass. Energy Storage combines brine operations with interests in Western Australian hard-rock mines and a global conversion network.
Specialties supplies bromine derivatives and specialized lithium products for fire safety, pharmaceuticals, oilfield uses, electronics and other industrial applications. Retained Performance Catalyst Solutions makes organometallic co-catalysts and curing agents after the sale of control over Ketjen's refining-catalyst business.
Execution centers on resource integration, process chemistry, customer qualification and reliable delivery across the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Brominated fire-safety products face regulatory scrutiny; Energy Storage results remain strongly tied to volatile lithium prices, and key feedstock comes through brine rights and mining joint ventures.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
