Profile

Amrize LtdAMRZMaterials

Sells cement, aggregates, ready-mix concrete and asphalt through Building Materials, alongside roofing, insulation, waterproofing and wall systems through Building Envelope. A local production-and-distribution network serves infrastructure, commercial and residential construction across the United States and Canada.

Supplies cement and aggregates, then converts them downstream into ready-mix concrete, asphalt and related materials through Building Materials. Building Envelope adds commercial and residential roofing, insulation, shingles, sheathing, waterproofing, coatings, adhesives, tapes and sealants.

Serves infrastructure, commercial and residential work across the United States and Canada, spanning new construction, repair and refurbishment. Local production and distribution, customer proximity, branded products and acquisition integration shape execution across the portfolio.

Depends on North American construction volumes and pricing, quarry and reserve access, energy and freight costs, reliable plants and distribution, environmental and safety permits, labor availability, weather and seasonality. The standalone operating model also relies on systems and obligations separated from Holcim.
