Supplies voltage-control equipment, transformers, industrial power systems, naval degaussing systems, and wind-turbine controls and designs. Grid generates most revenue; Wind is concentrated in Asia-Pacific, while results depend partly on major projects, government procurement, and a limited customer base.
Designs and deploys megawatt-scale power-control systems through Grid and Wind. Grid sells D-VAR voltage-control equipment, transformers, rectifiers, capacitor and harmonic-filter banks, Resilient Electric Grid systems, and Ship Protection Systems for naval degaussing. Wind supplies Electrical Control Systems, Windtec turbine designs, engineering, and support services.
Pairs transmission planning and applications engineering with turnkey delivery for utilities, renewable developers, industrial plants, and military customers. Grid is the larger business and is anchored in North America, with Comtrafo adding Brazilian transformer manufacturing; Wind activity is concentrated in Asia-Pacific.
Results depend on major-project timing, government appropriations for naval contracts, acquisition integration, and a limited number of customers, including Inox Wind.
