Profile
Supplies electrical distribution, circuit-protection, power-quality and backup-power equipment to utilities, data centers, buildings and factories, alongside aerospace systems and vehicle technologies. Electrical Americas and Electrical Global generate most sales; the smaller Mobility business is slated to combine with Dana, subject to approvals.
Designs and sells equipment that distributes, controls, protects and monitors power for utilities, data centers, factories, commercial buildings and homes. Electrical Americas and Electrical Global supply circuit protection, switchgear, power distribution assemblies, power-quality systems and services, with the former focused on the Americas and the latter serving markets elsewhere.
Aerospace provides fuel, hydraulic, pneumatic, motion-control and interconnect systems for commercial, military and space platforms. Mobility combines vehicle and eMobility operations, spanning transmissions, clutches, engine components, inverters, converters and high-voltage circuit protection.
Sells through distributors, resellers and representatives, and directly to manufacturers, utilities and other end users. Electrical operations generate most sales; aerospace depends partly on a concentrated group of aircraft manufacturers, and the planned Mobility combination with Dana remains subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
