Profile
Distributes motor fuel to third-party dealers, commercial fleets, and ARKO Corp. retail sites through Wholesale, Fleet Fueling, and GPMP. Cost-plus contracts, consignment arrangements, cardlock sales, and fuel-card commissions generate revenue, while the convenience-store parent retains voting control and provides shared services.
Distributes motor fuel through Wholesale, Fleet Fueling, and GPMP across more than 30 U.S. states. Wholesale supplies third-party dealers, sub-wholesalers, and bulk buyers under cost-plus, consignment, and other contracts; Fleet Fueling operates unattended cardlock sites and earns commissions from proprietary cards accepted through a nationwide network; GPMP procures and supplies fuel within the platform and to ARKO Corp. retail sites.
Pairs long-term supply agreements with broad supplier relationships and a cardlock network serving commercial and municipal fleets. ARKO Corp. remains the controlling stockholder, supplies scale through its retail network, and provides executive and administrative services. Related-party GPMP sales use a fixed-margin or fixed-fee structure, while wholesale growth also reflects ARKO retail stores converted to dealer-operated locations.
