Develops oral therapies for sleep-related breathing disease, centered on AD109, or Oxnimbi, a once-nightly fixed-dose combination under FDA review for adults with obstructive sleep apnea. The treatment is designed to maintain upper-airway muscle activity during sleep and prevent airway collapse. Early, unnamed programs target related disorders and comorbidities.

Prepares commercial, medical-affairs, market-access, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and distribution capabilities for a possible focused U.S. launch. Oxnimbi is the sole clinical candidate and has not been approved, leaving prospective prescription-drug sales dependent on FDA action, treatment acceptance, payer coverage, contract manufacturers, and licensed patents from Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
