Profile

Aptiv PLCAPTVConsumer Discretionary

Supplies sensors, vehicle compute, software, connectors, interconnects, and cable-management products across automotive and selected industrial markets. Following the Versigent spin-off, revenue comes from Intelligent Systems and Engineered Components, with automotive production and long vehicle-program cycles remaining central.

Supplies sensing, computing, software, and engineered components that help vehicles and other systems perceive conditions, process data, and distribute power, signal, and data. Intelligent Systems combines sensors and high-performance compute with software and services for driver assistance, in-cabin experiences, and device-to-cloud operations. Engineered Components provides connection systems, high-performance interconnects, and cable-management and protection products.

Serves automotive and commercial-vehicle manufacturers alongside aerospace and defense, telecom and datacom, and industrial customers through a global manufacturing and engineering footprint. The completed Versigent spin-off removed Electrical Distribution Systems, focusing the portfolio on Intelligent Systems and Engineered Components. Revenue remains tied largely to automotive production, multiyear vehicle programs, launch schedules, and a concentrated group of major customers.
