Profile
Licenses CPU, GPU and systems IP, compute subsystems, software and tools, earning access fees and per-chip royalties as customer silicon ships. Reusable architectures span mobile, embedded, automotive and data-center computing, while revenue remains concentrated among major customers and materially tied to mobile-device shipments.
Licenses CPU, GPU and systems IP, compute subsystems, software and design tools to chipmakers, device manufacturers and cloud providers. License fees provide access to the technology, while royalties accrue as customer chips ship.
Extends reusable architectures through Cortex for application, real-time and microcontroller workloads, Mali graphics, and Neoverse infrastructure designs. Software compatibility and ecosystem reuse let one platform serve smartphones, IoT devices, vehicles, data centers and networking equipment. An announced Arm-designed data-center CPU remains in development.
Serves a global customer base, with access to a meaningful share of revenue from China depending on Arm China. Royalties remain materially tied to mobile-device shipments, and revenue is concentrated among the largest customers. SoftBank controls the issuer, while compute subsystems and production silicon can place Arm in competition with existing licensees.
