Profile
Sells specialized farm machinery and parts through independent dealers while designing and installing custom modular agricultural and research facilities directly for end users; its two segments use distinct products, technologies, and marketing approaches.
Combines Agricultural Products and Modular Buildings. Agricultural Products designs, manufactures, and distributes specialized machinery and replacement parts under the Art’s-Way label, including grinder mixers, forage boxes, manure spreaders, sugar-beet equipment, land graders, and bale processors.
Reaches customers mainly through independent dealers across the United States and Canada, with a smaller overseas network. Modular Buildings, through Art’s-Way Scientific and Evolution Modular, designs, manufactures, delivers, and installs custom facilities for animal agriculture and research users, including containment laboratories and vivariums.
Uses direct-to-end-user projects, rental, lease-to-own, and purchase arrangements for modular work. Farm-equipment demand depends on customer economics, dealer health, material costs, financing conditions, and extended payment terms; modular facilities must meet building codes and specified containment standards.
