Profile
Sells DUV, production EUV and qualifying High-NA lithography systems alongside metrology, inspection, software and installed-base services. Operates as a system architect and integrator for chipmakers, with much of sales generated in Asia and most system parts supplied by a specialized external network.
Builds DUV lithography systems for many production layers, NXE EUV systems for high-volume manufacturing, and EXE High-NA systems still moving through customer qualification. Metrology, inspection, computational lithography software, and installed-base services complement the exposure platforms within one reportable segment.
Combines system architecture, precision integration, and close co-development with chipmakers and suppliers. The cumulative portfolio spans mature DUV tools, established production EUV, and the next High-NA generation, while much of net sales is generated in Asia.
Relies on a concentrated chipmaker customer base and a specialized external network that manufactures most system parts. Advanced-system exports also depend on government licenses, and qualification schedules shape when newer platforms enter volume production.
