Profile
Supports Pierre Fabre’s global tab-cel program after transferring most related operating activities. Its lean partner-led model depends on the BLA resubmission process, milestones and royalties, and funding operations.
Built around allogeneic, Epstein–Barr virus-targeted T-cell therapies, the business now supports Pierre Fabre’s global tab-cel, also called EBVALLO, program. The arrangement replaced a broader independent drug-development model with a partner-led operation.
Pierre Fabre holds development, manufacturing, commercialization and BLA sponsorship responsibilities after the transfer of substantially all tab-cel activities and associated costs. Atara continues to support the partner while evaluating strategic alternatives.
Its remaining model depends on the partner-controlled U.S. resubmission process, resolution of FDA and manufacturing issues, potential milestones and royalties under the Pierre Fabre agreement, and its ability to fund operations.
