Profile
Sells sample repository services, automated storage systems, cryogenic tools, consumables, and GENEWIZ multiomics services to life-sciences customers. Continuing operations center on Sample Management Solutions and Multiomics, while the B Medical exit remains an unresolved portfolio simplification.
Provides life-sciences sample management and multiomics services through its continuing segments, Sample Management Solutions and Multiomics. The portfolio includes sample repository services, automated stores, cryogenic systems, automated sample tubes, consumables, instruments, controlled-rate thawing devices, gene sequencing, and gene synthesis.
Customer exposure is more U.S.-weighted than international, with work also outside the United States. Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life-sciences research institutions use the platform for sample integrity from procurement and storage through analysis and data support.
The current business is the Brooks Automation successor after the semiconductor automation sale and the Azenta name and ticker change. Continuing performance depends on core segment execution, multiomics demand, acquisition integration, and resolution of the B Medical Systems exit.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
