Profile
Sells routine and specialty diagnostics to healthcare providers, payers, employers, and patients, while providing central-laboratory and early-development services to biopharma customers. Most revenue comes from U.S. diagnostics, complemented by a global drug-development laboratory network.
Provides routine and specialty clinical testing through Diagnostics Laboratories, including anatomic pathology, genetics, genomics, toxicology, and consumer-initiated tests. Collection sites, specimen logistics, automated processing, and digital delivery serve physicians, health systems, payers, employers, and patients; nearly all segment revenue comes from the United States.
Supports drug development through Biopharma Laboratory Services. Its Central Laboratory and Early Development Research Laboratories businesses provide trial testing, kits, sample logistics and management, bioanalysis, and safety assessment for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostic, and contract-research customers across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Links a broad test menu with collection access, laboratory automation, health-system partnerships, and global trial logistics. Revenue depends on testing volumes, biopharma research activity, payer contracts and reimbursement, and compliance with laboratory, billing, privacy, and drug-development regulations.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
