Profile
Sells APIs and network services for enterprise voice, messaging, phone numbers, emergency calling, and AI-enabled communications. Revenue comes mainly from usage on an owned-and-operated global network, with voice contributing most and messaging the balance.
Provides cloud communications and network services that enterprises and software platforms use to embed calling, text messaging, emergency services, and AI-enabled voice into applications. Global Voice Plans connects unified-communications and contact-center platforms; Enterprise Voice and Maestro handle cloud migrations, call-flow orchestration, integrations, and AI agents. Programmable Messaging supports SMS, MMS, RCS, alerts, authentication, and customer engagement, while Phone Numbers automates ordering, porting, and provisioning.
Runs APIs on an owned-and-operated, all-IP Communications Cloud with reach across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Direct control of network and numbering resources supports routing, onboarding, reliability, and regulatory execution across markets; voice supplies most revenue, while messaging contributes the rest.
Operates as a single reportable segment and sells through usage-based and contracted enterprise relationships. Service delivery depends on network uptime, carrier interconnections, numbering resources, licenses, emergency-calling obligations, and evolving telecommunications, messaging, privacy, and AI rules.
