Profile
Rents operated concrete-pumping crews and equipment to contractors, while Eco-Pan handles washout containment, hauling and recycling. The footprint is concentrated in the U.S. with a smaller U.K. platform, and the business does not buy, mix or deliver the concrete it places.
Provides operated concrete pumping through Brundage-Bone in the U.S. and Camfaud in the U.K., with Premier offering equipment rental without an operator. Eco-Pan adds concrete washout containment, disposal and recycling, and Templant adds temporary power inside the U.K. platform.
Most revenue comes from U.S. concrete pumping, while the U.K. business gives the platform an international but still construction-site-focused footprint. The service model depends on fleet availability, trained operators and route density rather than owning the concrete itself.
End-market demand comes from commercial, infrastructure and residential construction. Competition remains fragmented, and washout services are shaped by job-site environmental-compliance needs.
