Profile

Herc Holdings Inc.HRIIndustrials

Rents aerial, earthmoving, material-handling, and other job-site equipment, with ProSolutions specialty services and ProContractor tools serving construction, industrial, infrastructure, and commercial customers across North America. Rental revenue anchors the single-segment model, supplemented by used-equipment sales and ancillary services.

Rents a broad fleet of aerial, earthmoving, material-handling, truck, compressor, compaction, and lighting equipment across the United States and Canada. ProSolutions adds power, climate-control, remediation, pumping, and trench-shoring rentals, while ProContractor supplies professional-grade tools. Used-fleet sales, parts and supplies, transport, maintenance, and other services supplement rental revenue.

Serves contractors, industrial operators, infrastructure and government projects, commercial facilities, and national accounts through 607 North American locations. Uses fleet tracking, branch density, and specialized sales teams to position equipment across local markets and serve national accounts; the completed H&E integration expanded the network and general fleet. The business depends on construction and industrial investment, fleet utilization, key suppliers, equipment resale values, and debt issued for the H&E acquisition.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
