Profile

BridgeBio Pharma, Inc.BBIOHealth Care

Develops medicines for genetic diseases through asset-focused teams backed by shared clinical, regulatory, and commercial infrastructure. U.S. sales of Attruby for transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy provide most revenue, while BBP-418, encaleret, and oral infigratinib form the late-stage regulatory pipeline.

Develops and commercializes medicines for genetically defined diseases through a decentralized portfolio model. Attruby, an acoramidis treatment for transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy, is sold directly in the United States; the same medicine is marketed as Beyonttra abroad, largely through partners including Bayer in Europe and Alexion in Japan. Late-stage work centers on BBP-418 for limb-girdle muscular dystrophy, encaleret for autosomal dominant hypocalcemia, and oral infigratinib for achondroplasia, all under U.S. regulatory review.

Pairs asset-focused scientific teams with shared clinical, regulatory, finance, and commercial infrastructure, allowing several programs to advance in parallel. Commercial revenue currently comes primarily from U.S. Attruby sales. The business remains substantially dependent on acoramidis, relies on partners outside the United States and third parties for all manufacturing, and requires regulatory approval and payer coverage for each pipeline medicine.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.

Shares outstanding 195.86M · Float 169.19M · 86.4% free float

A Form 4 total here can count shares the filer formally disclaims — an award voted by proxy, for instance — which the holder's own Schedule 13D/G excludes, so where the two disagree the schedule's smaller figure is used.
