Profile
Sells propulsion systems, boats, engine parts and accessories, and Navico marine electronics. A four-segment structure brings together propulsion, boat, parts, and electronics businesses.
Marine recreation is organized across Propulsion, Engine Parts & Accessories, Navico Group, and Boat. The portfolio includes propulsion systems, boats, parts and accessories, and marine electronics; the Navico acquisition added Lowrance, Simrad, B&G, and C-MAP.
Operations extend across 26 countries, while the present configuration reflects a transition from billiards and bowling toward marine. Acquisitions broadened the offering into multi-function displays, fish finders, autopilots, sonar, radar, and cartography, while divestitures removed bowling businesses. The integrated offering also includes shared-access services. This structure more closely aligns external reporting today with the company’s internal operating organization.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
