Profile

The Brink's CompanyBCOIndustrials

Moves and safeguards cash and valuables, runs vault and global secure-logistics services, and manages retail cash devices and ATMs. Revenue is earned as services are performed, with longer contracts in cash management, Digital Retail Solutions and ATM Managed Services; the physical cash network remains the core business.

Moves, processes, stores and safeguards cash and valuables for banks, retailers, governments, mints and jewelers. Cash-in-Transit, Cash Vault Services and Brink's Global Services cover armored transport, cash processing, vaulting and cross-border logistics for high-value goods.

Extends that physical network through Digital Retail Solutions, including Brink's Complete and CompuSafe smart devices, software and analytics, and ATM Managed Services spanning forecasting, monitoring, transaction processing and maintenance. Operations reach more than 100 countries across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Execution rests on security practices, risk management, logistics expertise and multiyear service contracts. Cash and valuables management remains the core business. Results depend on service reliability, labor availability, cash usage, cross-border rules and anti-money-laundering compliance; the pending NCR Atleos acquisition remains subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
