Profile
Sells ATM and ITM hardware, software, maintenance, and outsourced operations while earning transaction and branding fees from Allpoint and other managed networks. Self-Service Banking supplies most revenue, with Network and Telecommunications & Technology extending the model across retailers, fintechs, and enterprise infrastructure clients.
Builds and runs self-service banking systems for financial institutions, fintechs, and retailers. Self-Service Banking combines ATM and ITM hardware, AMP software, installation, maintenance, managed services, and end-to-end ATM as a Service. Network earns transaction, interchange, branding, and recurring service fees through Allpoint, ReadyCode, and managed retail ATM fleets. Telecommunications & Technology supplies managed network and infrastructure services to communications providers and technology manufacturers.
Operates ATM networks in multiple countries and services machines across a broader global footprint, supported by a large field-service organization. Its integrated hardware, software, and operations let customers outsource an entire ATM channel or buy modules separately. Service continuity depends on network availability, cybersecurity, merchant participation, cash-replenishment partners, and financial-services compliance. A Brink’s acquisition remains pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
