Profile

Belden Inc.BDCInformation Technology

Supplies cabling, industrial networking, cybersecurity, broadband infrastructure, and RUCKUS enterprise Wi-Fi and switching through distributor and direct channels. Its full-stack portfolio spans passive connectivity, active network equipment, and cloud management across industrial and enterprise environments.

Builds full-stack networks for industrial, enterprise, smart-building, broadband, and data-center environments. Automation Solutions supplies industrial Ethernet, connectivity, cybersecurity, and data-orchestration tools; Smart Buildings and Broadband Solutions provide copper and fiber cabling, connectivity, power, enclosures, and network infrastructure; RUCKUS adds enterprise Wi-Fi, switching, and cloud-based network management.

Combines passive infrastructure with active networking and software, letting customers source more of an IT/OT network from one supplier. Sales run largely through distributors, with direct channels to end users, installers, and equipment makers. Customer-project timing and channel inventories can shift revenue, while the RUCKUS acquisition brings integration demands. Manufacturing and operating facilities span North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa, and a substantial share of sales comes from outside the United States.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
