Develops a portable, cable-free 3D ECG platform that synthesizes a 12-lead ECG for arrhythmia assessment. The company is moving from direct device sales toward licensing its cardiac-signal technology to established partners.
Captures ECG signals in three non-coplanar directions and synthesizes them into a 12-lead ECG. The portable, cable-free platform is intended for clinician-directed assessment outside medical facilities, with FDA clearance limited to arrhythmia assessment.
In 2026, HeartBeam announced a move beyond direct medical-device sales, prioritizing licensing to established partners such as ECG equipment makers, health systems, and wearable companies. Initial commercialization has included a staged rollout planned under a letter of intent with ClearCardio, rather than a completed customer agreement.
Heart-attack detection remains outside the cleared and commercially available indication in the United States.
