Profile
Provides corporate-share exposure to a renewable-power and transition platform spanning hydro, wind, solar, distributed energy, storage, and sustainable solutions. Its shares are economically exchangeable with BEP units, linking holders to a partnership-led operating business.
Combines corporate-share access with the Brookfield Renewable operating platform, whose assets and development activities span hydroelectric power, wind, utility-scale solar, distributed energy, storage, and sustainable solutions. Sustainable-solutions investments include nuclear services, carbon capture and storage, renewable natural gas, recycling, and eFuels.
Operates across North America, South America, and Europe through local operating and development platforms, backed by central teams. The model combines asset ownership, development, acquisitions, capital recycling, and institutional or joint-venture partnerships.
Shareholders can exchange shares for BEP units, creating economic exposure to the regions where the partnership operates. Execution depends on project development, facility construction and operation, community and joint-venture relationships, and policy conditions in operating jurisdictions.
