Profile
Buys, stores, transports, processes, refines, and merchandises soybeans, softseeds, grains, tropical oils, and specialty ingredients for food, feed, and fuel markets. Revenue comes from processed products, commodity merchandising, milling, ocean freight, and related financial services across a post-Viterra global network.
Connects farmers with food, feed, and fuel customers by originating, storing, transporting, processing, refining, and merchandising oilseeds and grains. Its four reportable segments are Soybean Processing and Refining, Softseed Processing and Refining, Tropical Oils and Specialty Ingredients, and Grain Merchandising and Milling.
Processes soybeans, canola, rapeseed, and sunflower seed into meals and edible oils, while specialty operations handle palm, coconut, shea, and soy protein ingredients. Grain activities trade corn, wheat, barley, cotton, pulses, and sugar and include wheat and sugar milling, ocean freight, and financial services.
Operates processing assets across the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Africa, with grain merchandising worldwide and milling concentrated in South America. Viterra integration remains underway, while results depend on crop availability, farmer selling, commodity and energy prices, transport costs, capacity utilization, renewable-fuel demand, and trade and agricultural policy.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
