Plans to lease high-performance GPU compute and eventually offer GPU-as-a-Service and AI-native cloud solutions after selling its natural-material footwear business. The model is capital-intensive and lacks verified deployed capacity, customer contracts, or AI revenue at the research cutoff.

Plans to acquire high-performance GPUs and lease compute access under long-term arrangements, with a longer-term ambition to offer GPU-as-a-Service and AI-native cloud solutions. The strategy follows an announced sale of the historical footwear business and proposed NewBird AI identity, leaving business continuity dependent on transaction completion and creation of a new operating platform.

Previously, natural-material footwear was sold through direct digital sales, company-operated stores, international distributors, and a rebuilding U.S. wholesale channel. At the research cutoff, no deployed GPU capacity, customer contracts, AI revenue, named data-center site, or reportable AI segment had been verified. Execution depends on GPU access, power and hosting infrastructure, capital, and durable customer arrangements.
