Profile
Originate qualified and non-qualified residential mortgages through an AI-assisted digital workflow, then sell closed loans to aggregators. Revenue also comes from title and settlement work, plus services supporting a partner’s fractional-home-equity transactions; the model combines lending, closing, and workflow tools in one platform.
Originate qualified and non-qualified residential mortgages through Beeline Loans, using a digital application, task-based document workflow, and human Loan Guides. Closed loans are sold to aggregators, while Beeline Title Holdings provides title, escrow, settlement, and closing services for the platform, outside lenders, and fractional-equity transactions. Operations focus on U.S. residential property, with the principal office in Providence and technology support from Australia.
Extend the platform through BeelineEquity, which supplies customer service, transaction processing, and platform support to TYTL’s fractional-home-equity activity. Owned workflow tools include the portal, Point of Sale & Tracker, Resolution Engine, Bob chat agent, and BlinkQC; loan-origination and CRM systems remain licensed from third parties. Lending capacity depends on warehouse funding and sales to a limited group of loan purchasers, within mortgage, title, privacy, and AI regulatory requirements.
