Profile

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc.BRInformation Technology

Provides shareholder communications, proxy voting, issuer and fund services, and technology for capital-markets and wealth workflows. Revenue is anchored by recurring services in the larger Investor Communication Solutions segment, with additional transaction-, event-, and distribution-linked fees.

Runs two financial-infrastructure segments: Investor Communication Solutions and Global Technology and Operations. The larger communications segment handles proxy distribution and voting, regulatory and fund communications, issuer disclosure and transfer-agency work, data-driven fund services, and digital or print customer communications across North America and international markets.

Automates front-to-back capital-markets processing, trading connectivity, and wealth and investment-management workflows through the technology segment. Its platforms cover order capture, execution, confirmation, clearing, settlement, books and records, portfolio accounting, custody-related services, and regulatory reporting across global markets. The operating model combines recurring software and processing revenue with transaction-, event-, and distribution-linked fees. Results depend on securities positions and trading activity, corporate events, market regulation, client outsourcing, and reliable handling of sensitive data.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
