BioStem Technologies, Inc.BSEMHealth Care

Manufactures placental and perinatal tissue allografts for wound-care and surgical settings, selling through physician-office, hospital, agent, distributor, and GPO/IDN channels. Its range spans Neox, Clarix, VENDAJE, and American Amnion AC, with BioTissue supplying key acquired products during technology transfer.

Manufactures placental and perinatal tissue allografts for advanced wound care and surgical applications, including the Neox, Clarix, VENDAJE, and American Amnion AC portfolios. Its BioRetain, CryoTek, and SteriTek platforms process or preserve tissue for uses such as wound coverings, barriers, conduits, and cushions. Product revenue is recognized when products ship to customers.

Serves hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, physician offices, wound-care centers, mobile providers, and long-term-care settings across the United States, using a hospital sales team alongside agents, distributors, and GPO/IDN agreements. The acquired Neox and Clarix business expanded the hospital channel, while BioTissue manufactures those products during technology transfer.

Most products are marketed as human-tissue products for homologous use, making product claims and sales tied to regulatory classification, payer coverage, and site-of-care rules. The right to manufacture and commercialize Neox and Clarix depends on a license from BioTissue.
