Builds and sells single-family attached and detached homes under the Century Communities and Century Complete brands, with operations spread across U.S. markets. The homebuilding footprint is organized around regional segments in the West, Mountain states, Texas, the Southeast, and the Century Complete entry-level platform.
Supports home sales with affiliated mortgage, title, insurance brokerage, and escrow services through Inspire Home Loans, Parkway Title, IHL Home Insurance Agency, and IHL Escrow. Century Living adds a Colorado-focused multifamily rental-property business.
Land availability, entitlement, construction costs, cycle times, new-home demand, and mortgage access shape the model. Public capital and acquisitions helped add regional scale and the online, entry-level model behind Century Complete.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
