Profile
Sells functional energy beverages through CELSIUS, Alani Nu, and Rockstar Energy rights in the United States and Canada. Its U.S./Canada portfolio is distributed by PepsiCo, making that commercial relationship a core business dependency.
Operates a functional-energy portfolio built around fitness-oriented, zero-sugar CELSIUS, Alani Nu, and Rockstar Energy rights in the United States and Canada. CELSIUS extends from gym-oriented use toward everyday active occasions.
The acquisitions changed the business from one principally organized around CELSIUS into a three-brand portfolio owner. The agreement placed Alani Nu in PepsiCo's U.S./Canada distribution system and retained PepsiCo's distribution of Rockstar in those markets.
PepsiCo retains Rockstar ownership outside those markets and serves as the strategic energy lead in the United States. The commercial relationship therefore forms part of the business structure.
